CONFERENCE „OF Silesia 1919-1921″
On 5th Nov there was a conference titled Silesian Uprisings 1919-1921 organized as a part of Świętochłowickie University Meetings and dedicated to the opening of the Silesian Uprisings Museum.
The conference was organized by Silesian University rector Prof. Wiesław Banyś and Mayor Dawid Kostempski, under the media auspices of Gazeta Wyborcza. The materials from the conference will be published in Rocznik Świętochłowicki 2014, that will come out in 2015.
The introduction lecture Tadeusz Puszczyński and his memories about destructing activities during the 3rd Silesian Uprising was given by Prof. Ph.D. Edward Dugajczyk.
